Getting Started: Parachuting into Action
Your journey to becoming a Free Fire champion starts here.
- Parachute In: At the start of each match, you’ll choose your landing spot. Aim for areas with good loot (buildings, landmarks) but be mindful of other players landing nearby.
- Looting Essentials: Immediately after landing, prioritize finding:
- Weapons: Assault Rifles (ARs), SMGs, Shotguns, Snipers are your primary tools.
- Armor (Vest & Helmet): Reduces incoming damage. Higher levels are better.
- Med Kits: For healing yourself after taking damage.
- Ammunition: Make sure you have enough for your chosen weapons.
- The Safe Zone: A white circle on your map indicates the safe zone. It shrinks over time, forcing players closer together. Stay inside or risk taking damage from the “zone.”
- The Red Zone: Occasionally, a red circle appears, indicating an area that will be bombed. Move out of it quickly!
- Basic Controls: Familiarize yourself with movement (joystick), aiming (right side of screen), shooting, jumping, and crouching.
- Stay Alert: Always be aware of your surroundings. Listen for footsteps, gunshots, and vehicle noises. Use headphones for an advantage.
The initial minutes are crucial for survival. Loot quickly, move strategically, and keep an eye on the shrinking zone.
